Rocío is Adviser at Advisory and Turnaround (A&T) bringing more than 6 years experience in designing LEAN organisations, implementing processes and technology to measure and enforce functional and personnel performance.
Rocio has lead numerous projects designing and implementing shared services dedicated to support business functions of major companies in consumer goods such as P&G or services such as IBM-Global.
As process performance expert, she has applied LEAN and Activity Based Costing methodologies to optimise human resources, finance, procurement and supply chain departments.
Rocio is skilled at leading project teams in a collaborative and productive way to ensure successful delivery of any project or objective. She excels in environments and projects which have a strong focus on people, deadlines, discipline and collaboration. Self motivated and positive, Rocio handles change management barriers building collaboration around its added value.
Prior to A&T, Rocío worked at Accenture as a Senior Consultant on change management.
Prior to that, Rocio worked 6 years at IBM, leading numerous projects across various functions and geographies and delivered positive results in Costa-Rica and Brazil.
Rocío holds a Master in Industrial Engineering since 2009.
Spanish national, Rocío is fluent in English and speaks conversational Portuguese
