Karine Heckmann (Business Partner)

Karine has over 25 years of Strategy, Operational Management and Global Project Leadership experience. She has been selling and leading the implementation of large international projects within Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), Deloitte Consulting and Morgan Stanley International.

Throughout these years she has built a solid international experience combining extensive Operational, Transformational and Business Development responsibilities.

Since 2010, Karine has been working as an Independent Executive Advisor and has been fulfilling a Board mandate in the non-profit sector. As Independent Executive Advisor, she has been focusing on business and growth strategy, selection of providers (in particular BPO & shared service centres), alliances & partnerships and international development.

Prior to this, Karine held a Global Key Account Executive position for 6 years at ACS. In this position, she led the design and implementation of global outsourcing operations and new organisations mainly through BPO, leveraging international shared service centres (Brazil, Europe, Ghana, and Asia), defining new processes and governance post mergers and/or staff transfer.

Prior to ACS, Karine spent 8 years at Deloitte as Senior Manager in charge of the CRM service line for Spain and Portugal. She was responsible for leading and selling professional services from CRM strategy to setting up customer care shared service centres and implementing CRM packages as well as managing CRM vendors relationships (Siebel, SAP, e-piphany). Leading the service line, she was in charge of recruiting, training and coordinating staffing for Deloitte across Europe.

Prior to Deloitte, she spent 3 years at Morgan Stanley in NY & London were she managed Global Reengineering Project for Sales, Customer Service, Trading and Settlement Processes.

Karine graduated from Rouen Business School.

French national she is fluent in English, Spanish and speaks intermediate German.
